Varaaya currently ships across India. We offer both domestic and international shipping options.

Domestic Shipping (India):

• Delhi NCR: 2-3 business days
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days
• Other Cities: 5-7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

International Shipping:

For international deliveries, please contact us at +91 9311784464 to place your order and discuss shipping options.

• Free Shipping in Delhi NCR on orders above ₹499
• Standard Shipping: ₹99 for orders below ₹499 in Delhi NCR
• Express Shipping: Available on request (additional charges apply)
• International Shipping: Calculated based on destination and weight

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

All products at Varaaya are handcrafted by Indian artisans. Please allow:

• Ready-to-ship products: 1-2 business days for processing
• Custom/Personalized orders: 3-5 business days for processing
• Bulk orders: 5-7 business days for processing

Processing time is in addition to shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• Email confirmation with tracking number
• SMS updates on delivery status
• Real-time tracking link to monitor your shipment

You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

• Secure bubble wrap and protective materials
• Sturdy corrugated boxes
• Premium gift wrapping available (optional, additional charges may apply)
• Eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible

Transit Damage:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement.

Delayed Delivery:

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues, etc.). We appreciate your patience.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If re-shipping is required due to incorrect address or delivery refusal, additional charges of ₹149 apply.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

• Incorrect/incomplete address provided
• Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
• Delivery refused by recipient

The order will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged at customer's expense (₹149).
