Refund Policy

At Varaaya, every product is handmade by Indian artisans, which means small variations in color, shape, or texture are natural and not considered defects.

In rare cases of transit damage, or wrong item delivered, we will happily replace your order. To raise a request, please email us at orders.Varaaya@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery along with your Order ID, delivery address, and clear images/videos of the issue. Requests raised beyond this period will not be accepted.

Replacement products will be shipped within 5–7 working days. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

For cancellations before dispatch, you may:

• Exchange for another product of equal or higher value (by paying the difference), OR
• Opt for store credit to use on a future purchase.

• If incorrect shipping details were provided or delivery is refused, re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost of ₹149.
• We do not offer any returns.
• Final decisions on refunds/replacements rest with Varaaya.
